OPERATIONAL REDESIGN
On Monday the trust revealed its ‘ideal position’ on the rotas following the work that has been carried out by Process Evolution. Whilst UNISON have been involved at various stages throughout the process, UNISON have NOT agreed to any of the ‘ideals’ at this time.
We will now start consultation with our members and we will begin negotiating with the trust around certain aspects of the proposals, on behalf of our members. We would like to reassure you that once the negotiations have finished and we have a final proposed package we will again consult with our members and we will conduct a vote to accept or reject the new rotas.

UNISON will be attending as many station visits as possible from 16th September 2013 when the trust management team are distributing further information at a local level. This will give everybody the opportunity to feed back comments or concerns to a UNISON representative.
