Operational Redesign Station Visits

A notice went out earlier today stating that UNISON reps would be attending as many of the forthcoming station visits as possible. Unfortunately we were not informed that management intended to do the whole of Yorkshire in one week, at a time when some of our senior reps with more knowledge of these issues are on leave.

As a result we have taken the decision to arrange alternative meetings for UNISON members around Yorkshire, details of dates and venues will be circulated next week. The meetings next week will give the trusts ‘ideal position’, can we reiterate that UNISON have not agreed to these ‘ideals’, it is therefore important that you feedback any concerns so that we know what you want us to negotiate with the trust about.
