April 2013 Pay Error

UNISON has today received emails and phone calls from members who have this month moved on the the 5 year pay protection as agreed in the work force plan. This agreement allowed for 5 years pay protection for both your salary and the % unsocial hours that you receive dependent on the rota you work. This month an error has been made and staff have been paid unsocial % at the band 3 rate. UNISON has immediately spoken with the trust executives when hearing of this and have received assurances that this is an error which will be rectified. We will keep members updated on this issue ,updating our website as we know more.
