Technician Letters

Letters were recently sent to all Technicians as part of a preference exercise asking staff to indicate if they wished to progress to paramedic, be considered for early retirement or ‘other’. Members are actively encouraged to return these

completed forms as soon as possible, if you do choose early retirement as an option please be advised that this is a preference exercise and is not legally binding. 

 

  The trust has agreed to extend the deadline for submission until the end of April.

 

The workforce plan allows for all technicians to convert to paramedics so it is the assumption of the trust that any staff who have not completed these form and returned them wish to progress to a paramedic course and the trust could in this instance arrange OSCE’S for you to attend
