AAP/ EMT1 assessment day  

Dear member,

Unison members have raised concerns in regards to the AAP assessment days held over the past few days.

Unison is aware that only a very small percentage of staff were successful and many were surprised at the level and content of the questions. Unison has previously been informed that the questions would be around the scope of practice and stat and man.

Unison has raised members concerns with the Trust and we have been assured that a review will take place this week.
