HERCBU Staff Notice

UNISON Members have raised concerns around a recent Staff Notice that was sent to all Hull and East riding CBU members.

The “clarification of informal monitoring log” notice states that the local management team will keep a log of various incidents that they feel are inappropriate.

UNISON Yorkshire Ambulance is completely against this process as it goes against the current agreed policy. UNISON urges the Trust to move away from this stance and requests an urgent meeting to discuss the issue.
