Clinical Supervisor Role

After a recent UNISON meeting with Clinical Supervisors, there have been a number of issues raised around the current situation and the potential splitting of the role.

There are a number of concerns with the proposed new roles, not least the timing of it. UNISON is requesting that in order to maintain integrity, the Trust needs to stop any changes to the Clinical Supervisor role, until the current job evaluation process has been completed.
