Dear Clinical Supervisor
UNISON raised concerns around the Clinical Supervisors banding review at the last Ops JSG, after further discussions today UNISON has been assured that the revised JD will be distributed by the end of February.
As stated in previous communications the JD needs to be agreed with members and staff-side before it goes down the AFC matching process.
During last month’s Clinical Supervisor meeting it was agreed to arrange another meeting once we reached this point to discuss the job description, person spec and next steps. This meeting is necessary because the JD and person spec are the most important elements of Job matching so please make every effort to attend. Staff-side will then arrange a meeting to ensure all members view have been considered.
