Carry Over of    

Annual Leave

There appears to have been some confusion caused around carry over of annual leave, due to the latest Trust notice about buy back of leave.

It has been clarified with the Trust that although they are asking if you would like to sell any leave and equally still encourage you to take your leave. In line with agreed Trust policy you are entitled to carry over a maximum of 37.5 hours into the 18/19 leave year.

The 37.5 hours does not include TOIL which can also be carried over.
