UNISON has met with the Trust to discuss the next steps in regards to the C/S banding review. The Trust has acknowledged that the job has changed since its inception and that a review is necessary. In line with process we have to agree the changes to the job description and then submit the approved JD to a matching panel.
UNISON has arranged a meeting of all C/S members for Monday 22nd, 14;00hrs Jan at the Buckles Inn, A64 York road to discuss the process and to ensure all members views are taken into consideration, please make every effort to attend.
