AGENDA FOR CHANGE BANDING APPEALS

UNISON is currently supporting members through Agenda for Change banding appeals which include Clinical supervisors, Emergency Medical Dispatches (EMDs) and members who previously were employed as commercial trainers.

UNISON met with the Trusts Job Evaluation lead in order for us to update members on any progress.

Clinical supervisors have collated information to evidence the reason for the review and this has now been submitted to the Trust.

EMDs are further down the process and are awaiting the Job Analysis Questionnaire (JAQ) to be signed off by Trust.

Members who were previously employed in commercial training department are still waiting for sign off from the appropriate manager.
