Consultative vote update
The Joint Trade Union consultation results have shown a resounding 96% rejection of the Trust’s proposals around Transformation. The extensive number of comments received as part of the consultation has given the Unions a clear idea of the main concerns of members.
UNISON has already outlined many members concerns to the Trust during the consultation period and initially, without prejudice has indicated they are willing to negotiate changes to the proposed policies and how the rota issues can be resolved. Due to this a Joint Trade Union and management meeting has been arranged for Thursday 2nd February
