Carry over of annual leave

Dear member,

Yet again UNISON members are being informed they cannot carry over 37.5 hours of annual leave into next year.

Ideally UNISON would like members be able to take their full entitlement of annual leave during the year but would like to clarify the following;

Each member can carry over up to 37.5 hours of annual leave (pro rata) into the next financial year in line with their contract.
