MEMBERS 1-1 MEETINGS

Dear member,

UNISON urges its members to request a 1-1 meeting with their locality manager to discuss and record individual implications of the A&E workforce plan

These will include, flexible and other retirement issues, paramedic training for Aps and technicians, paramedic practitioner training, suitable alternative employment for staff not able to fulfil the ECA role, principally any issue you want raising with the trust that needs documenting.

Please ensure you are accompanied by a UNISON representative.
