UNSOCIAL HOURS
The joint unions have recently sent out their SAMPLE rotas to stations around North and East Yorkshire, again based on the ORH demand patterns, and obviously there are issues arising from those sample rotas.
Staff Side have arranged the following station meetings to discuss these sample rotas and the concerns staff may have, along with discussion around amendments to Relief, Stand by and Meal Break Policies.
It is important that as many members as possible attend these meetings so that Staff Side can listen to your concerns and points of view around these rotas and Policies.
