Paramedic Banding
UNISON Yorkshire Ambulance Branch met with the Trust this morning to discuss the situation around the Paramedic Banding.
UNISON can report that even though the talks were detailed there was no breakthrough around the band 6 issues.
Further talks are scheduled for next week but UNISON has informed the Trust that if by Friday 22nd January there is nothing tangible to take back members, a full electoral reform ballot will take place of all eligible Yorkshire Ambulance Service Paramedics starting Monday 25th January, with a view to starting industrial action during March.
