After end of the consultation period, and following on from the notice that UNISON released last week, staff side are now in possession of the Trusts Workforce plan.

Prior to releasing this to members UNISON are seeking clarification on a few points enclose in the document.

Once this is completed all members will be given the opportunity to accept or reject the proposal.

The ballot will commence in due course once members have had a chance to peruse the document.
