At the JSG last week the Trust confirmed the skill mix and scope of response of the range of staff roles as follows:

Two band 4 members can respond to urgent details.

Band 4 and band 3 former urgent tier member can respond to urgent details.

Two band 3 former urgent tier members can attend urgent details as previously agreed.

Band 4 and band 3 ECA cannot respond to any calls at this time.

Two band 3 ECAs cannot respond to any calls at this time and should always work with a band 5 clinician.

Only band 5 clinicians can respond on FRVs.

If staff are asked to work outside this agreement they should refer their CS/LM to this information and if necessary contact a UNISON rep.
