The workforce plan consultation period has now ended.  Following input from staff and the Trade Unions the Trust is now putting together their final proposals alongside the ORH proposals.

UNISON is aware that in South the Trust may be contacting staff to discuss changes to lines, stations and rotas based on the proposals in the workforce plan.  We have been assured that there will be no forced movement and that staff are free to consider options.

However it is important to emphasise that the Workforce plan has not been agreed and staff are not obliged to make decisions based on the proposals.
