To all Unison Members,

Due to the Trust cancelling meal breaks today we are advising staff that once you have completed your contractual hours and you have not had your unpaid meal break you are entitled to go home.

You must inform EOC of your decision before you leave work.

Please remember you are entitled to a 30 minute break on 8/10 hour shifts and 45 minutes on a 12 hour shift which are all unpaid.
