It has been brought to UNISONs attention that there is a new Scope of Practice and Dispatch criteria for AP's being issued by certain managers.

UNISON can confirm that this document has not been agreed, the document has no author or ratification date and as a result should be completely ignored. UNISON advise members to adhere to the advice on our website www.uyab.co.uk

If you are asked to work outside of the advice you should inform the manager that it is an unreasonable management request and submit a formal complaint immediately.

UNISON Branch Committee believes certain managers are trying to undermine the current discussions to improve the working conditions of UNISON members. A full update will be issued early next week.
