UNISONs position in regards to the Flu Jab hasn’t changed, we encourage members who want the vaccine to obviously take the opportunity to have the jab.

UNISON are concerned however as yet again members are informing us that some trust managers are asking them to sign a form if they don’t want/refuse to have the jab.

This is completely unacceptable, members do not need to sign this form and even though UNISON encourages members to have the jab we recognise that at the end of the day it is a personal choice which should remain confidential.
