PAYBACK OF HOURS

Due to the recent rota change there have been a number of issues regarding members working under or over their contractual hours.  This is due to the rota’s changing part way through a reference period.

Any member who has worked over their contractual hours can either bank the hours or claim the hours as overtime.

The Trust has stated that any hours owed due to the rota change should be balanced out over the current reference period.

Members who owe hours should mutually agree, with Resource, additional shifts in order to balance their contractual hours over an agreed reference period. Where there are disputes or queries regarding individual’s hours, members should request a one to one with their line manager to discuss their individual concerns.
