UNSOCIAL HOURS WHEN ABSENT THROUGH SICKNESS; UPDATE
UNISON National Ambulance Sector committee has rejected the Ambulance Trust Employers proposals on deduction of unsocial hours when on sick leave and a commitment to discuss a move to section 2 of agenda for change!
The proposal would have meant that members would lose 25% of their take home pay if absent due to sickness for longer than 28 days.
Further discussions will be taking place next week, we will keep members informed of any developments.
