Hours Owed Due to Operational Redesign

UNISONs position on “hours owed” due to the rota change is custom and practice, and which is reflected in the current relief policy. New reference periods will commence on Monday due to the implementation of rotas, any member owed hours by the trust on Monday 10th Feb will be able to take them as accrued time or over-time, and any hours which members owe the Trust will be capped at one shift in line with rota worked.
