UNISON has approached PTS management in respect of applying for PTS Comms positions due to the restructure.

Any member wishing to apply for Band 4 Team leader role will be required to apply as instructed.

We are aware tensions are running high with our members about the idea applying for the Band 3 role.

We have made representations to PTS management about this and given both ours and our members opinions.  Irrespective of the outcomes of our discussions with the Trust, members will individually be invited to a meeting to discuss the new Band 3 JD and other associated information,  we advice members to attend this as part of the restructure process.

We will update you further about applying for the role, once we have feedback, as we are aware our members are clearly opposed to this.
