UNISON members have rejected the Trusts proposal on a £450 buy out of the imposed
meal break procedure.
UNISON will now undertake a legal challenge on the introduction of the changes.
UNISON members have mandated the Branch not to negotiate any further on a buy out.
However, in line with the previous mandate members have instructed the Branch that UNISON discuss the possibility of an inclusive meal break with the Trust.
