Operational Redesign

Dear member,

The Operational Redesign Implementation has been delayed by one week, this is due to a small number of stations requiring more time to finalise their rotas and put members on lines.

The rota implementation date will now be from the 10^th February NOT the 3^rd. The extra week will allow the stations which haven’t submitted agreed rotas with names allocated to lines the time to do so, rotas now need submitting by the 24^th.

But we must also emphasise that any station which has submitted agreed station rotas with populated lines will not be disadvantaged, basically if you were due to start on line one on the 3^rd Feb you would now start on line 2 on the 10^th Feb. UNISON also hopes this will give members more time to digest the other changes the ballot will now commence on Friday 24^th Jan.
