. Letter being sent from the Branch to the Trust with list of items which must be addressed by 11th Oct. If this does not happen then members will be balloted with immediate effect.
The list is as follows:-
Revoke the bulletin with reference to only 2 weeks annual leave being honoured and adhere to the annual leave policy plus local agreements.
Agree a pts meal break policy as a matter of urgency.
Stop bullying technicians to convert to paramedic and stick to the agreed process in workforce plan.
Revoke AVP bulletin in North.
Adhere to all Yas policies.
Agree to work with Unison to sort out the pre alert issues, including involving acas.
Stop ECAs working together.
111 to be governed by YAS policies and procedures.
Overwhelmingly reject the Trust proposals on rotas, rest breaks and annual leave and seek meaningful discussions.
Meeting agreed to support this.
Update on unsocial hours payments from national.- postal ballot will go out mid to end of October .This is a national ballot on a Trust by Trust basis.

Union solicitors think there is a great legal challenge for anyone who has money deducted. From the end of October your reps needs making aware of any deductions.
Any one off with Industrial Injury needs to ensure their manager is aware and this is on record.
Discussion took place around what action may be required.
