RRV Shifts

It has been highlighted to UNISON that RRV drivers are regularly being removed from their car shift to pair up on a DMA when they arrive on station.

UNISON has an agreement with the Trust that due to the recent cuts in RRV cover, the rotas are now at a minimum level for RRVs and as such RRV drivers should not be taken off to be placed on DMAs.

The Trust has given an absolute commitment that RRV cover will be maintained to ensure patient safety.
