Members are raising concerns regarding Team Leaders remotely looking at crew EPRf’s and contacting them to come clear at hospital.
Whilst understanding there is a drive to reduce turnround times, UNISON feels there is no need to remotely access the EPRf unless there is a clinical need to do so and will be discussing this further with the Trust.
