UNISON BRANCH ELECTION - BALLOTING PROCESS.
Most of our members access their email accounts via the Intranet, any attachments are then viewed as ‘read only’. This means they cannot be saved nor can you actually access the document to place an X in the electronic voting slip. There are however several ways, listed below, to register your vote.
- Print a copy of the slip and take it, or send it to
- Open the email and attachment in Microsoft outlook which will allow you to place an X in the box, save and then return to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. (available in the Global Address List under unisonelections).
- Send an email clearly stating your membership number and which candidate you want to elect to each post to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Nominees election addresses are include as separate attachments to the email.
The ballot will close at midnight on Sunday 29th September any votes received after will not be counted, if you have any problems please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. not the election email address as this will not be accessed until the ballot has finished.
Once this ballot is completed we will repeat the process for the remaining Convenor roles.
